The people that work there are rude specially the lady that works there on Saturday’s Clerk #20 my receipt says, I went to return something 8/03/24 at 9:49AM and she is VERY rude. Please be advise if you going to this location you will treated with an actitud! They need a new job or retire if they don’t like their job!"
"Save your time and get your passport issued somewhere else. The workers probably do not care about the ratings - what kind of customer service place tolerate 1-star rating? I have never seen a place with such a poor work ethnic. They clearly didn't seem to have any pride in what they do. I honestly do not understand how the staff are getting paid with this kind of attitude. Hopefully not too far in distant future, we will fully automate this."
"I had an appointment today at 12:15 upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady at station 1. As I handed in my documents to complete my passport she informed me “ you ain’t write who the check is going to. Just write to the department of state” cool done I hand her my paper work she then asks for my ID I express I only have a permit which is why I gave you my social security card. I checked online before even going there she states “ it says right here on the paper NO PERMITS” then she asks me how long have I known my boyfriend I tell her 2 years she gets a DS 71 identification sheet for him to sign I try to help him she states “ nobody supposed to help him it’s self explanatory he is certifying he’s known u so he has to fill it out by himself” she’s not even showing him where to start filling the paper work out at! He’s not even from the US yes he knows English but all she had to do was tell him where to start he hands back the documents and of course it’s incorrect he signed and filled out the area she was supposed to. An individual in a yellow shirt who I assume was a colleague intervenes to asks her if she wants him to explain it to him her tone of voice is very belittling throughout the whole encounter not to mention she was having an entire phone conversation throughout this ordeal I only knew when she stated “lemme call u back cause this is ridiculous” and pressed the end call button. And then tell her colleagues “ they tell u in training this form has to be done by him alone” he fills it out she gets upset again because it’s incorrect and the address line is out in the city,state,zip. He corrects it and initials where he corrected and she gathers his information. She gathered his documents and she states no permits only IDS he provided her with his social and US RESIDENT CARD. Why in the world this lady is gonna say “no Jamaican IDS I cannot accept this it’s clearly on the paper no permits only drivers licenses or state issues IDS I cannot do anything with no Jamaican I’d” as she continues on i began to become frustrated I no longer decided to give this lady any of my attention I then express to her colleague that somebody really needs to train her on customer service and communication. Your tone of voice is everything and a easy explanation to things would solve all. Not everything is common sense so stop thinking like that! This is my first time ever doing this and I’m sure there will be other individuals we don’t need to be talked to as if we’re incompetent!!!! I will be making a further report to USPS. Update I contacted the passport agency for further verification. I was informed by Deborah that I can indeed provide two secondary forms of IDENTIFICATION BOTH BEING A PERMIT AND A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. I have now submitted a complaint to the consumer affairs! This was ridiculous please train your employees and make sure they do not misinform customers just to not do the job they signed up for !"
"Gentlemen by the name of Caldwell(I hope I spelled it right) assisted me with passport services. We were a walk in. He helped with the application and pictures. He could of smiled more, :) , but he was so willing, fast and efficient. Most times when going to the post office they make you feel like you are bothering them. He made us feel like he was providing a service and we were welcomed customers. Thanks."
"I really wish I could give zero stars. I made a passport appointment for a minor weeks in advance which was then canceled the day of. I rescheduled my appointment for 3:30 with photo services. Got there at 3:05 and waited in line until 3:35 because there was one worker. Got to the airport window and was told the person who would do my passport was “on lunch” until 4. I cannot understand the purpose of making an appointment if someone can just go to lunch during that time. Waited until 4 with a now fussy toddler who has been waiting for basically an hour, only to be told that the post office was “out of film”……despite the fact that I had already booked with the photo service. I wad then told my only option would be to go to cvs and get a photo and come back but that since it was after 4 they’d probably be closed by the time I got back anyway. A huge waste of time and energy, topped with a screaming toddler."
