"Use them twice showed up late each and every time not even in front of my door and showed up in a Medical Cab.. Does not come on time not reliable and when they get to you, they ask you for directions."

"my Son had a doctors apt at 1:45 they where suppose to pick him up at 11:30, they never showed up. they were called but didn't answer the phone. We got a call from them at 1:05 and they said they would be there in 20 minutes. They showed up at 2:00 pm. My son, who just had surgery and needed to see the doctor never got to the doctors. They came after his apt. and would have never made it as the ride to the doctors office was at least 45 minutes. I hope they didn't charge Medicaid because I will be writing them a letter telling them they never showed up."

"I've had pleasant experiences with this company (under new ownership - the last one was not the best). Their drivers are pleasant. The taxis are generally on time... unless, of course, there's bad weather or some other impediment - like if EVERYONE wants taxis all of a sudden at the SAME TIME! (It does happen.) The dispatcher calls on the phone when the taxi's in front of my house."
