"My regular carrier is responsible and polite. If there is a package which will not fit in my good sized mailbox he brings my mail to the door. Today a package which contained valuable and fragile contents obviously had been pushed to try to get it in the box because the box is damaged. It was too big. Instead of bringing it to my door it was left on the ground right by the very busy West Saddle River Road. I am concerned that his happened and feel the carrier should be reprimanded at the very least. The regular carrier would NEVER have done this."
"If I could give zero stars I would. They lost my package and won’t even answer the phone to try to resolve the issue. I was transferred to a dead number and waited on hold for hours. With the next number. They have zero customer service. I’m using Fedex from now on"
