JFK Terminal 1W Queens, NY 11430

"The Airport is very outdated and old, most of the ground escalator are not working. In addition after 13 hours flight from Jeddah to New York, once you arrived at US Customs and Border Protection immigration, I realized that there is two counters are working with more than 543 was standing in the queue line. The guidance staff are very rude and their interaction with the traveler are not professional. This airport need to raise their customer services."

"Worst Terminal I've ever been too. Staff seems to partially friendly but is absolutely not flexibel at all. Whole Terminal is dirty and run down. You are not allowed any belts straps or other externals on your luggage because everything is so old you might destroy the whole thing. System had a meltdown when we waited in line. Plan at least an hour to drop your bags and another one for security. Avoid if possible!"

"Landed over 3 hours ago and the lines are cut off from behind.. and when you tell the staff its just not fair that the ones behind get to jump the line they say its not their fault. But who is in charge of forming the lines.. what a great way to start the holidays after an 8 hour flight 4 hours in a waiting line... thank you ever so much.."

"Construction work is currently underway. If you miss the entrance if you don't pay attention to the road signs, it will take 7 to 15 minutes to get back to the entrance. Three tests were conducted from 4 to 5 o'clock in the morning. The time required will be different at different times. Please drive carefully to avoid unnecessary waste of time. oh! Don't ask, because it's boring..."

"I've been to many airports and JFK was ok.. bearable but pretty confusing. There's no seat so when you arrive you need to wait, you have to go to the food court. So many people and the immigration check was outside the terminal gate. The pick up lanes was quite confusing and there's lack of sign of directions to public transport etc."
