They want to keeps in standby mode.If we are far away, they want us to go back EMPTY just to keep us PARKED around.. I do believe some customers are ok how they work, but DRIVER ARE INDEPENDENT .."

"Im currently sitting in huge amount of traffic because my driver refuses to use waze or any gps of this time, and era. He wont take any of my instructions pretends he doesn’t know english when convenient and is just overall extremely rude. First i have two service animals with me each are 6lbs hypo allergenic and sit perfectly on flights for over 14 hours and he thinks its ok to vocalize he doesn’t like them AND they now are scared of him because of his reactions. Second i have a tlc license i know its my right to request he avoid traffic and now a 45 min trip at the most is 1 hour and 56 minutes. Third theres just no need for his constant commentary on anything at all and my sexual orientation is not his buisness. Im honestly so late and a female alone and im scared to say anything and end up on the middle of the grand central highway with my two animals with the attitude he has. Also fair to mention when i was waiting for him he had me wait because he needed to smoke a cigarette before driving me and i was ok with that but never expected him to be such a ill human. Females especially please be careful."
