"Not communication that they use the airtrain as a shuttle meaning it only goes back and forth between howard and federal. Despite it says to ALL terminals!!! Not very great trying to get to your gate on time!"
"I went to Federal Circle to wait for transit to my hotel after landing at JFK. The waiting area for hotel transit bus was covered but not enclosed. It was a cold and windy day and we were freezing while we waited for hotel bus. There was only one drop off/pick up area so it was easy to find. But the area was quite small so at peak hours. It could be quite jammed up. The train to Federal Circle was free from the airport and the trains were frequent. The station was clean. Directions were clear."
"Clean, secure and reliable service. We took the free shuttle from the arrival terminal to the Federal Circle Station."
"Horrible service, I take this train everyday to go to work so I know the ins and outs of how it works. For a regular passenger traveling that gets a one time experience with the JFK airtrain, may not be that bad but for someone like me it's worst than the MTA. Today July 20th 2017 took me 40minutes from lefferds boulevard to terminal 5. It's a 4 minute drive so you know the difference. Train also goes out of service every day or so. During weekends they only have one track open knowing the passengers flow is higher because people tent to travel out more than weekdays. Feel bad for the people who pay $5 a ride."
"A wheelchair accessible, clean, automatic airtrain station. Helpful employees are here to answer questions from lost/confused travelers. Connects the Green Line and Red Line airtrains."
