"Kew Gardens - Union Turnpike is a midsize hub and transfer point along the E and F subway lines in Queens. From this station you can transfer to or from several bus lines, including the Q 10, Q 46, and Q 60 lines. Located directly under Queens Boulevard, it is a long station, with numerous ingress and egress points. It can be very confusing to first timers and infrequent riders, and often times I find myself having to direct someone as to where to go to get their bus. There also are some human hazards as well. Homeless vagrants, both inside and outside, panhandlers, and the horrendous stench of marijuana can be an everpresent annoyance."

"Station is a busy transfer point. Needs a bit of infrastructure repairs and cleaning. This station is accessible though. Homeless lurk everywhere here, so be careful. There seems to have been a really old exit to the lower level of Union Turnpike. It's very difficult to see it from the bottom though."

"This is a major transit hub for Kew Gardens with many government offices nearby. Yes, there are mentally I'll homeless people nearby but that's not a reviewable issue. It's is also accessible."
