Reviews
"Google tends to suggest to transfer to MTA from Path at 23rd. DO NOT DO IT. The station is very small and confusing, not accessible and often closed on one side. 33rd Street has every MTA line you need within 2 blocks"
"New York City subway station. Can a station ever get a five-star rating? I don't think so. It's a utilitarian place, any rating is suspect, there's some seating. They do have some wonderful tile murals in the station, both at the subway line where you've already paid your fare as well as outside. Because of the murals I'm giving it a four-star rating. Subway station was reasonably clean, there are no homeless there. The station also is separate on either side northbound southbound which is one side of the street to Brooklyn southbound. I'll call that is on the west side of the 6th avenue. Northbound to Queens is on the east side the entrance. You can't transfer from North to southbound at the station without getting out and paying another fair."
"This Train Station is at 8 Avenue and 23rd Street, you can get the E and the C train at Uptown and Queens and Downtown and Brooklyn, at any time of the day. It operates 24 hours."
"This station is so much nicer looking after a recent renovation. Love the new puppy murals! More electronic signage, brighter station overall, sleeker garbage cans and seating."
"There is no accessibility here and there is an uptown side and downtown side. If you need to crossover, then you must exit the station, go upstairs and reenter on the other side. All this done while paying another fare."
