"Straightforward, honest, and easy to work with. Sarah came by before our move, assessed our belongings, and gave us not only an estimate, but a play-by-play of how our move would go. On moving day, the truck and movers arrived exactly on time. There were some complications with our new building when we discovered they hadn’t reserved the elevator for us at the right time, but the foreman was quick on his feet and just changed the plan to accommodate it, no complaint, nothing! At the end of the day, the move took 2 hours longer than expected because of the building’s slip-up but Brownstone didn’t charge us ANYTHING extra! They stuck with the original quote, because that’s how they do business. I recommend them for any and all moves!"
