"These buses are as reliable as Pearl River is friendly to anyone who isn’t white. Literally had the 59 suffern drive past me at the bus stop today, spoke with bus dispatcher or whatever it is that the number at the bus stop sends you to and I was told the his “bus might’ve been full”….it was mostly empty because it was 10:32am on a Sunday in Spring Valley, NY..brah it wasn’t full at all and he was speeding’ because he clearly had no intentions of stopping, then I was told from my call at 10:34Am that the next one would arrive in 15mins…it is 11:05 AM I am not late for work and this bud has decided to show up…great job rockland..great job!"

"This is a troubled bus company, lacking any form of acceptable management. Buses are cancelled frequently, at the last minute – and constantly late, with no indication if they will ever show up. Twenty minutes and more off schedule is unacceptable. They don't pick up the phone for verification, and show no regard at all for riders or their schedules. They deserve zero stars, and are in desperate need of an all-new and competent management team. In the meantime, find another way to travel."
