"I made a reservation to store household goods at this facility. When I arrived at the place, a very irate customer was in a shouting match with the facilities manager because his monthly rental had gone up quite substantially. It seemed that the facilities manager was totally indifferent to the customer's issue. As the customer was ready to storm out of the place, I asked him what happened. He stated that his monthly rent went up by about 40% without any warning. After he left, the facilities manager started berating the customer, and that's when I asked that he pleae cancel my contract."

"Great experience finding and purchasing a unit online however the last step (ID verification) needs to be done in office before they will issue you a code. Showed up at 1pm in my U-Haul (posted hours are 7-7) only to see a sign in the office door that they will be back at 2:30. OK, left truck there and rearranged my moving day to go back at 4. When I was showed my unit it was not 'drive up' as advertised (and I paid a premium for) it was ground level indoors. Additionally I question the security of the unit as the wall has broken free of the floor making it easy to bend and release the lock. I didn't have time to request a new unit and unload / reload so I left it. The member of staff onsite was great about getting us a dolly and hand truck. I dont plan on being there long (move related short term need) but if I was I would make more of an effort to have my issues with the unit description and security resolved."

He was kind, informative, professional, and he picked the perfect unit for getting in and out easily. After being greeted by Stanly, it just felt like we were old friends. The storage facility is conveniently located. Very close to my home with easy access going in and out of the property. I feel safe when I’m there, especially with the security gates.
