Right before I was going to head up there they cancelled my appointment for an "emergency" that was fine as I get things come up so we rescheduled to this Tuesday. I drove 35 minutes to get there today to find a sign on the door saying they had no power and were closed. I never got a heads up or a text or a call or anything. Absolutely wasted my time today. I texted him to see what's going on and he says no power. Never apologized for not letting me know or anything like that. They are about as far away from professional as it gets.
