"I've traveled 50 miles 3x a week from the Adk Mountains, I've had memberships in the past 10 years at every new & old gym in the Utica area! This is the only one that is spotless, spacious, clean, but the staff is amazing! Friendly ppl who are just plain nice! Helpful & total pros!"
