She's clearly passionate about her job and made me feel very welcomed! I've come to have a favorite teller now too, Joshalynn! I've stopped by several times to make deposits and she is an absolute ray of sunshine! She's very kind, very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! These women make you feel like you're walking into a relatives home, instead of a bank and I couldn't be more appreciative! You two are wonderful, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!! "Their drive through ATM is ALWAYS out of order. Every single time I visit this location the ATM is 'being serviced.' As someone who relies on using the ATM to withdraw cash and make deposits this is beyond frustrating. I understand ATMs need to be serviced, I get that. But do it during regular business hours where if the ATM is being serviced, the customer can come inside instead! I have had to visit M&T bank next door in the past few months more times than I can count. And then of course I get charged a fee to use a different banks ATM due to key banks never working. At this point I am just thinking I should switch to M&T or another bank altogether. I have talked to a few people who have also been having the same frustrating experiences trying to use the ATM here on numerous occasions."
