"I have been training at Malik Haynes Fitness since July 2023. I have lost at least 20 pounds and feel stronger, faster, and healthier. I even stopped snoring because I shed all the extra weight since training with Malik (the owner). It is "personal" training, but you may also train with others depending on how many people he trains at any time. However, Malik does well at tailoring the workouts to fit all his clients and motivates us to work together to complete exercises. He also offers boot camps and one-time group classes. It is worth the investment, and working out with Malik helps me stay focused on my goals. I know Malik will challenge me to reach new limits. Come and get swole in Hollis!"
"This was my 1st time working with a trainer and I definitely chose the right place to start, Malik was very patient with me from the start and eased me into each workout and also gave me a meal plan to follow. The Gym is sooo clean and beautiful and the atmosphere is very professional. Everyone is cool even the other Girls that train there.
