These certified professionals are like Olympic coaches, always ready to offer their expertise on workouts and nutrition. I am incredibly thankful for their guidance in helping me get my health back on track. With my cholesterol levels in check, I am now gearing up for the next phase of my fitness journey with Ray and Paola. "I want to start off by saying that Ray and Paola are amazing!! They get to really know you and help you achieve your goals. They understand that everyone is different and they aim to connect with your “inner animal”!! Don’t let it fool you that the classes are only 30 minutes!! You will get a workout where you hit every part of your body and leave there feeling so strong and energetic! I’m not into big gyms and crowded classes. If you’re looking for a more intimate and challenging yet fun setting, this is the perfect place!! My body has gotten stronger and I always look forward to the next class. "I'm so happy to have found this gym! Where do I even start? Ray and Paola are excellent trainers but even better people. They are credentialed up the wazoo and Ray used to train bodybuilders so they both really know their stuff. They work extremely hard - from 9 am to 9 pm and they'll even schedule sessions on weekends. They really put the "personal" in personal training. They strive to create a sense of family among their clients. I've never felt like just a number on a scale or a dollar sign with them. From day 1, I've felt like a valued member of their community. And you can tell when a gym is good when they've got a lot of clients going there for 5, 7, even 10 years. I've been going for a little over a month now, but I've already lost 7 pounds. They even throw in a free fitness evaluation and nutrition program just because they want you to succeed, maybe even more than you do. They absolutely kick your butt during workouts, but I've never had more fun or felt more motivation to go to the gym. Their sessions are reasonably priced for small group sessions and sometimes even private sessions, if no one else shows up. I'm paying $25 a session for mine. You will have to buy a set number of sessions up front (10, 25, 50, 100), but it's well worth the services they provide. They even have little snacks and drinks in a mini fridge always stocked for their clients. Everything they do just shows how much they care about you. Thank you Ray and Paola for running the best gym I've ever been to!!"

"I had a baby recently and have been struggling to work out and feel like myself again. I bought a group fitness package with Shape and have been feeling more confident and physically stronger. The workouts are quick and easy to fit into your schedule. If I need more of a challenge, Paola and Ray offer modifications to scale up (or down!) and encourage you to go at your own pace. These classes have helped me get into a workout routine and connect with other women in the neighborhood. I've been really happy here!"
