"Poor customer service and the woman at the front desk is arrogant and rude. Told me my membership was successfully cancelled then turned around and claimed that I owed 3 months. I was charged while out of the country and recovering from a surgery. I tried to ask if they could put my account on hold until I return so that I could at least pay for a membership that I would be using and the woman refused to come to an agreement with me."
