"I made a big mistake when I decided to come to this store to buy indoor soccer shoes... I purchased a pair of indoor soccer shoes yesterday, (4-5-2023), went home and tried them on, ran back and forward for 2 minutes and realized that they were too tight. Today, (4-6-2023), I came to the store with my receipt, original tags, box and all the wrapping paper, and the rude employee by the name of Phill, did not accept the return. When asked to speak to the store owner, he simply replied that the owner was not available and that the could not provide me with any information of the owner. I'm hoping that by seing this review, the owner will understand that this is a valid complaint and does something about it."
