"I have been trying to reach someone on the phone since 10:30am at the Newark location on Market St. Absolutely, no response. At 3pm, someone finally answered "Sabrina". Sabrina could not be bothered with assisting and locating an item for me. I was transferred to "John" who was able to help me and locate the item I was searching for. It took a total of 3 mins. Thanks John! I don't know how Sabrina still has a job. Seems like anyone with a pulse can get a job at Footlocker. It's a dam shame."
