"More than just a very good gym. A great group of people who are incredibly knowledgeable and committed to your complete physical wellbeing. One of my favorite things about Very Good Gym is that all of the trainers have their own unique background that they bring to their training- whether it’s Olympic lifting, rock climbing, gymnastics, ballet, soccer, etc. So every time you work out with a different trainer it’s a little different, which keeps it fresh and gives you a more complete fitness. They’ll also meet you where you are energy level on any given day, which as a father of a 1 year old, I appreciate."

"My husband and I have been doing buddy training at Very Good Gym for a while and have worked with Travis (owner) and Angel. We enjoy working with both trainers as they provide good feedback and programs to work towards our goals. The trainers are also good at correcting our postures and give pointers on how to shift the position if it’s uncomfortable or hurting. They also take time to explain things such as how the muscle works for each strength training positions or how we could practice on our own using our gym equipment in the building. I can definitely feel that I am stronger now than before!"
