"Horrible experience. This place’s primary language is korean, so you may have trouble if you cant speak korean. I called ahead of time to ask for a trial session, and the owner agreed. However, when i got there, they charged me for the “trial” at a higher price than their standard. Sure, there was an english-korean miscommunication, but it doesnt end there. I tell the trainer the problem im experiencing, and he looks at me and says he doesnt see anything. Im stumped cause i came in to get upper cross syndrome fixed, but the trainer is telling me i dont have it. I later find out my trainer is inexperienced and doesnt have the experience to assess fitness levels. A more senior trainer did a physical examination for me. However, this senior trainer only spoke korean, so the newbie trainer was translating for him. After the fitness assessment, the senior just walked away. No explanation of the assessment at all. I asked the newbie trainer what the assessment results meant, and he gave some reasonable explanations, but the explanations were too simplified. I was expecting “this muscle is tight, or this one is weak, so that prevents you from doing motion x”, but what i got was “your arms could be more overhead”. The fact that i had to ask for the results of the assessment instead of being informed of the results is appalling. Then the newbie trainer started training me, throwing a bunch of exercises at me. To his credit, he did give me exercises that targetted the issues i was describing. However, when i asked him about details of the exercises, like “what does using this prop do”, he was oblivious. I came in ready to drop a huge sum of money for personal training, but left feeling scammed and neglected, and my expectations of personal trainers lowered."
"I had a baby two years ago and I was struggling to lose weight. Initially, I signed up for a different gym. I went there everyday at 6am. I did general weight training there, but didn’t really see any results at that gym. Then my friend recommended KORE training studio in flushing to me. They focused on balancing the muscle groups in my inner core as well as strengthening my pelvic floor. I feel stronger and more confident than ever. Also, as a working mother, I feel less tired throughout the day. I come out of training feeling energized and ready for the day. This gym is better than any other gym I’ve ever been to! 100% would recommend."

Coach Jang encouraged me to do half marathon last year which I really enjoyed and the experience led me to join the us army(he also helped me to develop strength for the physical test).
