If you have an injury, or a few, (like me), they know how to adapt and give you an exercise that you can do, while also helping to strengthen, and stretch it! Classes are small in size and I don’t feel intimidated! A gym with the most updated technology and equipment in a friendly atmosphere! Enjoy working out all over again!"
