"Attended a Sunrise Hot Yoga class while visiting the area and it was 5/5 stars. Sam greeted me as I walked in and gave me a tour of the upstairs studio where the class takes place. The room was very nicely heated by the time class began and all instructions given by Sam were clear with multiple modifications presented to either increase or lessen the intensity of the pose. Will definitely return for another awesome (& sweaty) class!"

"This studio provides healing for the mind body and soul. The instructors are caring, encouraging and very professional. The studio is clean and very inviting. Love my Ash family! Fast forward to a year later and I’m still a member of Ash! This place rocks. I am challenged every day that I come to dig deeper, go further. The instructors are phenomenal. Lastly, the best part about the studio is the people. Kelee has put together the most amazing set of instructors of any studio on Long Island. And the students are friendly and welcoming.
