"Picked up a sweatshirt off a CLEARANCE rack with a red markdown tag on the price. Got to the register, the person behind the counter looked and informed me that "it shouldn't have been that price and someone made a mistake", so I got hosed to pay full price for something that I was led to believe was discounted. I shouldn't have to pay for some employees' ignorance... Either that or they got a bait & switch scheme going on in this store. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to ask for a manager to debate this, but I definitely will NEVER set foot in a Marshall's again after this."

"Manager doesn’t care about customers always long line waiting least 30 mins. Workers at the register talking with the customers so long they never work properly poor stuff poor management whenever you go there 40 people waiting on the line because nobody is working. This store needs new manager"

"Melissa, manager very unprofessional. I bought a comforter set and the associate forgot the security tag on it. I was headed back to him and Melissa waved at me and ask me for my TJX card to process a refund that I did not ask her for and she claims the comforter was more money and he’s going to get written up for selling it to me. I bought the item for the price on the tag so I’m not sure what her nasty attitude was all about. I don’t think I’ll be returning to marshals, I’ll shop at Burlington next door instead. Hire customer service trained staff especially if they’re managers if you want to keep your customers."

"Marshall's is amazing if you go when they get new deliveries. You can't be expecting to find a " specific " article of clothing, you need to go in with an idea of what you want and look from there. There's hidden gems throughout the store. If you're looking to decorate your home and add style this is the store, they are the best with kitchen and home essentials and decor"

"Selection is good, a lot of shoes. From what I can tell they get new stock weekly and the store is very big. The lines there are a total hell-show. You'll spend 5-10 mins walking around and 30 minutes on line. I'm not sure how this is the case considering whenever I look I see at least 4-5 people working behind the counter but come at a later time. The line can go from the registers, through the line-ally, and down the store for what seems like 500+ feet."
