"I don't normally post reviews but I felt I should in this case. What a great place. Classes are held regularly and the coaching is top notch. Everyone is friendly and committed to getting better. There are no egos. The equipment is great and they even have a weight section with cardio machines so you can blend boxing and regular fitness. The owner, Chris, is an honest guy and I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm glad I discovered this place"
