"The new manager Chris really works in on keeping the employees in check and ensuring that the gym rules are enforced. The place used to be a bit neglected but he's on top of the cleanliness to another level. It's not an easy job and I as a fellow gym member, thoroughly appreciate his hard work and dedication towards this gym and to the community as a whole. Those writing negative reviews reflect back for a minute, would you be doing a better job working there? Before you answer yes, keep in mind the behind the scenes of what actually goes on there. It’s a very hard job. I’ve been going there for almost 2 years and I’ve seen the transition of staff and attitude. When machines break it’s impossible to fix them on the spot, yes it’s frustrating but there’s a process to how it gets done. I think the staff do their best to be friendly, respectful and supportive. The summer program for the teens is a bit frustrating since it crowds the gym but is a great way to keep the kids engaged in healthy activities and recreation. To conclude, I strongly believe everyone is doing their best. Come in with a smile, positive energy and enjoy your workout!!"

"There are 8 treadmills not functioning since the beginning of May, only 3 of them put the out of order sign on them. There are many other machines not functioning since the first day I joined the club. Don’t see anyone trying to fix it. Too many people waiting because the same reason. Before you apply for membership, check the gym room first. I will recommend to cancel the membership if you are off work after 5-6pm"

"I went to your gym yesterday in the evening. Very dirty place! All the trash cans are overflowing with pieces of paper. There are few mirrors but they are all dirty. Poor ventilation in the rooms and you can’t breathe. Strong smell of sweat and mold. If you want to say that this is not true, then you should visit this place in person! And yes, yesterday I indicated a different email address. This was a visit to purchase a subscription. And I went to the gym, looking at the high rating on Google maps, which turned out to be a lie!"
