"Hard work pays off. Push yourself and you'll see results. If you want change then this is an option you might want to take. It is a kickboxing class so it has alot of cardio. Come over to CKO and have a word with an instructor and theyll explain everything for you. This is a great place to workout. Hard at first but you'll thank yourself later."

"There's no better place to relieve your stress than to take it out on a heavy bag at CKO. My fiancé and I love the instructors who always push you to the limits. When you workout music is played by the instructor which can vary depending on the person. Our favorite instructor is Megan who is always encouraging and has the best music. My only complaint is that I sometimes can't make the last scheduled class as I work in the city (Times Square area) and the slow commute keeps me from showing up on time."
