"Bob was great! I haven't owned a bike in about 10 years, so it was intimidating going into a shop to get mine assembled and ask a bunch of beginner questions I'd forgotten the answers to. Bob answered my questions with no judgement at all, and I was able to get my bike assembled, buy a bike lock, bell, and pump for an insanely reasonable price. Plus, in the half-hour I was there, three people came in for small bike fixes. All knew Bob by name, and all were treated well. "I just recently got a bike and needed a helmet. I found Ferrara Cycle Shop and decided to see if they have any. They had a helmet for me. A few days later, I realized that my brakes were not working properly. I went to another store and asked about what can be done to have them work. I was told that I needed new brakes which was rather expensive and overnight procedure. I decided to go back to Ferrara Shop and see what they can do for me. The store owners adjusted my braks for a small price on the spot. I save money and was treated with the most professionalism, attention and care. I fully trust this institution...and an institution and a local treasure this shop really is. Family owned, it has been run from generation to generation of fathers and sons.
