"I have been working with Jake for more than two years now, generally twice a week, to supplement my on-the-bike training for endurance events. Jake has been adaptive to my riding schedule, helping me get the most out of our sessions without exhausting me for upcoming long rides or events. He has even helped me recover from injuries, including a broken ankle and some broken ribs. Jake is knowledgeable about physiology and observant regarding proper form and technique. (I am largely oblivious to what my body is doing, so this is important for me.) His space has everything one needs and is well-lit, comfortable, and clean, though I will say I would often choose different music. In short, Jake has been an integral part of my training.
