"My #1 bike shop everyone one has mixed opinions about this place they say high pricing, delayed work and poor customer service. Everything said to keep me away BUT once I got there I'm not sure who they were dealing with but BayHarbor is the #1 bike shop on Staten island I've always gotten my bike back as promised and also had more than fair pricing given to me. Noel and J are heaven sent bike angels! Prior to becoming there customer I called for a couple tips and info and she was beyond helpful! Love that place"
