John (the owner) has done a fantastic job creating and maintaining a sense of community. From the moment I walked into TFW (7 months ago) EVERYONE was inviting and continue to be. With John and his team’s guidance I am now able to confidently deadlift and bench press amongst many other things. I’ve even broken my personal record on these exercises. Yup, at TFW they keep track of personal bests which is very motivating. TFW prides itself on small group fitness therefore you are guaranteed 1:1 attention. The membership also includes strategy sessions (to explore goals) and ongoing use of the In Body machine which provides you with useful data other than just body weight, i.e. total body water, muscle mass and body fat. The In Body machine removes all the guess work regarding your progress……you can’t argue with data. In closing, John and his team are dedicated to their craft and WILL help you towards your goals!
