"I have been consistently going to Tabata for around two months and it is hands down the best fitness experience I've ever had and the only gym I have stuck to. I have seen a profound change in my energy and mood. The classes are based on time/reps/weight so you can easily adjust to your level. Do not be intimidated if you are out of shape - the first couple of classes will wipe you out but it will get easier every time and you will feel amazing after. Every instructor is incredibly energetic and comes super prepared but I mostly go to Nicole's classes, who always goes above and beyond to make you feel motivated and welcome in the space (not to mention the other attendees, who are super friendly and encouraging). It is also extremely affordable!"
"Best workouts in town!!! I have been coming here for over a year and I just decided to write a review so everyone can understand how much I love it here. If you are looking to get the best workouts, you are in the right place. The classes are Tabata based, meaning timed exercises designed to make you reach your maximum capacity with repetition. I’ve never felt stronger, and my body is really seeing a change. Also the staff and trainers are incredible. Is very nice to come train to a place like this and feel supported."
