"Never really prioritized my physical health and have been fortunate to be without incident outside of high blood pressure but I wanted to get ahead and become a gym person, a tough task for the likes of someone has never really been active. Cam and Christina have met that challenge and it's been almost 6 months of going consistently 4 days a week and I am fully a convert and happier for it. My blood pressure is well in the green now and I feel more mobile than I did in my early twenties. It's not the most decked out gym you'll find but the vibes are right, people are chill and for my money nothing beats that."
"Recently have moved from California, I really wanted to find a new home gym. Cam, one of the co-owners, was very welcoming. He took his time to show the gym and explain the memberships concisely without pressuring me to sign up. This gym definitely gives the feeling of a home, private gym as it rarely gets busy as typical commercial ghms."
"I had a great experience doing the consultation with Cam! He took the time to listen to my needs and what I wanted out of training and made great recommendations about the best approach for me. I really appreciated that he wanted to learn about me and made sure I understood that Onebell is a safe space that is focused on educating people about fitness. 10/10 would recommend"
"Most of reviews about this gym was asked to be written, by One Bell Fitness itself for the gym promotion obviously, mine is not. It is the only review you can really rely on because I am an experienced fitness professional, and I am a fitness educated person. So let’s get started…I gave 5 stars for the sales part. I joined the gym a month ago. And I was amazed by sales skills of Cam. About training, below is the video, how one of their trainers her name is Sabrina(most positive reviews☺️), taught a client to perform a back row. She was standing right there for all sets. And Sabrina(“trainer”) was the one who gave that poor girl 55lb dl. Please watch it closely).Fitness professionals will understand how dangerous it actually is the stuff she did to a trainee. And I don’t know how long a client will stay healthy without serious back issues later. Unfortunately, all her sessions have the same issues. You have questions, right? Or it is only me?) But anyway I am so proud of the owners that they’re so confident… (or careless?) (irresponsible?) and let a bartender Sabrina with 3 months experience to train people! (though you will hear the different legend about her there, don’t fall for that, it is just a sales part. ☺️ But sales and a nice small talk go first in some gyms. Even if it leads to potential injuries, and you can be seriously hurt, at least you can get a warm, bubbling talk there, right? That’s what you pay for …to be trained by a bartender. Ask her about anatomy, program design and technique questions during the session, then check her “knowledge” but with a real trainer in any other gym. You will be shocked. P.S I really care about people’s health, but perhaps not everyone has the same concern. So don’t concentrate too much on trainer skills or experience at that gym if your main goal is to socialize and entertain yourself with a nice talking. If you go for training there , ask about current trainer’s certification, accredited by NCCA, CPR, and insurance. Don’t listen to legends, they’re really good at that, try to determine if you’re trained by a real trainer or a bartender or a waitress with 3 days experience. They have real trainers there as well! But anyway people are not test mice. Bartenders are bartenders. Trainers are trainers. Stay safe and healthy!"
"When I first signed up I had zero fitness experience. I’ve been a member for 3 months now and I am glad to say that I not only know what progressive overload is but I can now leg press over 100 lbs. Shout outs to my trainer Jared for helping me every step of the way. The facility is also always clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants a smaller setting that provides personal support for everyone on any fitness level."
