"The reviews are fake they're good with basic repairs but not very thorough so you may end up feeling like a duped yo-yo their prices are also prob some of the highest. There are independent mechanics that tend to hang out in the front. A lot of these new shops have new mechanics and only basic experience tires brakes hopefully"
"Terrible bike shop the worker knew he couldn’t fix my bike but we was forcing random parts on my moped and end up damaging the front fork worse then I had arrived with . The manger super un professional trying to fight with me instead of making the issue right and trying to charge me extra for his workers mistake!! Don’t go here terrible service if I could rate it a zero trust me I would"
"I'm not a customer. I have lived in the area for 35 years, and because of your business, the sidewalk is always crowded with so many pot heads, lazy people with no life taking up space for people to pass by. You guys better do something about it."
"Brought my bike in after being hit by a vehicle and needed repairs done. I brought the fly 11 from them in 2021. The insurance company of the car that hit me just needed a list and cost of the damages. I'm in front of the shop and I tell one of the workers my situation and that I just needed the list and cost of repairs or if the bike needed to be a total loss. The worker tells me to bring the bike inside, starts listing what's damaged and how much. I said ok I just need a list on a piece of paper so I can show the insurance company... The worker looks at me all crazy and asks "so you're not going to pay in cash today?!" I told him no and how I just explained the whole situation to him. He angrily and very unprofessionally told me to leave the shop. So I did. Fly ebike this employee of yours cost you a loyal customer."
"Had gone to a different fly e bike and it was terrible. Waited for over an hour just to get air in my tires. Went to this one on a Saturday at noon and they were really nice and took their time(but not too much!) to fix and tune my bike. Very knowledgeable about my e-bike. They also charged me a lot less than the other place. Will be coming back for more repairs in the future"
