"Unfortunately i didn’t get my bike fixed. The shop opens at 8. So I arrived at 830 it was open however no one was inside. I was told by someone waiting outside the owner would be back in five minutes. I waited for 45 minutes he still hadn’t shown up. It was a absolute complete waste of time."
"At times, they are very busy, so get ready to wait. Otherwise, the owner (whom possesses over 30 years of experience) is extremely skilled and has a team of professionals in tow that are accessible. Decent merchandise and accessories for a new outfit. In addition, the owner is well-versed in electrical components and was able to install a headlamp on our Himiway Escape (aka Big Dog aka Cargo e-bike) with ease. And, if you're in the mood for making your e-bike stand out over the rest, they can literally reupholster your seat with any kind of fabric or leather. We used pieces of a custom Italian sofa that we recently discarded. For The Bronx market, it's your place to manage all your high-end as well as big ticket electric/bicycles. Not to mention, they're open 7 days in a week."
"Left my Italian 1970 vintage bike for a tune up. I'm totally satisfied with my bike. It rides 10 times better than before. I love the new kickstand and the handle grips. The bended tire covers were fixed too. My seat can be easily adjusted now. Mr. De Jesus also showed me how to put the bike rack properly and safely in my car!"
"Very helpful people. Customer service is on point they explain everything and give you advice . Also a plus they sell Tamales right outside in the early mornings. So if you are waiting grab some food too !"
