"Inferior and careless customer Service, not from the sales associates who seem helpful but the manager of the store or the supervisor, a lady who has no manners, even before you walk to her to ask for some help or solve an issue she already has a NO help face like one of those faces that are unwilling to assist you well that's her. When it comes to me, I might probably go to other stores, although that bad experience with the manager at this particular store will be on my mind. It was not a nice one. Therefore I will look for other choices. So be on the lookout if you don't want to have a negative experience."

"Charged me twice for the same sneakers. Being that the receipts are emailed and i also bought 10 t-shirts did not bother with the amount at counter. Got home realized i needed a bigger size sneakers for my son i looked at the receipt and noticed the mistake. Returned to store and after 1 hour wait was told manager is not there for them to review cameras. Asked for managers name and store number and was refused only could leave my phone number. Happen Dec 20th 2022 and still no call or way to comunicate with store. zero stars"

"Worst experience I had in my life when it comes to champs or any sneaker store experience I walked in today and no one greeted me say welcome and I walked past 4 people no one asked if I need help so I went to the register there were two females helping one guy with 1 pair of shorts and were being rude to him and I guess I was next to deal with the bad service I had a sneaker reserved for a pair of air Jordans French blue 13s 1st the lady named crystal rudely said those did not come out today on August 19th I showed my app and she yells across the room to ask if they come out today again I told here we’ll this is a bad experience and why would I be upset if I didn’t pay any money for them and then told me they come out the 20th going against what the app and website said. The shift leader or manager name Javier came up to me and said what you want me to do if we don’t have them and crystal stated laughing thinking it was funny and I was so upset I informed Javier this is not how you handle things and has a manager it’s he job to make sure employees are not rude to customers and to come up with a situation I am in retail as a store manager as well and honestly I would of been ok with them just saying we hold them for me and call me when they come in but instead there was so rude and made my experience terrible. I walked to other store and thank goodness jimmy jazz had them in my size and gave them to me . An hour later they did call me because I told them that I will be doing a review and calling corporate to hopefully come up with a solution and guess what all of a sudden they had them in stock and wanted me to pick them up right after the disrespect I honestly never ever been this disrespected and disappointed at a place where I was trying to spend money they were so unprofessional and I will be contacting corporate and hopefully they learn not to disrespect anyone who walks into there location"

"First let me say don’t waste you time coming to this store the one guy cause I have to be specific with braids alledgedly the manager (Junior or nav) is extremely rude to his clients I asked for another box since mines was torn and crushed in areas ( btw sneakers just came out today) and he says no then when I try and explain to him that to me the box is just as important as the shoe he walks away what kind of customer service training do you provide your representative? I asked for his name and he refused to give it the sales person should have name tags to avoid these issues!! I know we are in the Bronx but that does not mean your customers are animals!!!! I expected more from a manager ad your store"

"If you’re attempting to do a return go to any other location but this one. On 3-19-22 around 12pm my girlfriend attempted to do a return. The cashier was incompetent and when she called her manager over I saw why. Management also doesn’t know their own policy and tried to tell my girl she can’t return the shoes because they don’t sell them in store. Even when my girl gave the cashier her phone to view the receipt the cashier left the app and started scrolling through my girls phone. The heavy set Spanish male manager and the small black female manager with dreads need training on how to implement store policies and train their CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!!the champs in bay plaza did my return in 2 seconds. Will never use this business again anyway"
