"Got my fly 11 there was even given a $100 discount. They installed the pedals fast. Showed me how to use it . I forgot the charged went back he told me sorry and gave it to me, so what if its a bad neighborhood they are doing good for the community and helping people out with e bike isssues."

"Ok , here we go... wanted to get a z6 so went in and TRIED to speak to ANYONE...yes there's a bit of a language barrier, but i was left standing there 5 minutes before I took it upon myself to walk around and see what they had. So they had the z6, just not my color... I asked questions to anyone that would listen and could answer because , I would talk to MOE..he would look at LARRY and CURLY would answer from the back somewhere. It was like I was bothering them, I guess they like people who just come in and DON'T ask questions. I see another scooter the fly 9, asked the price and they said it was new.. So I took time to look at it VERY GOOD and one of the reflectors was glued back on...had scratches on a fairing and other spots.. and the ignition area was scratched from multiple key use. He turned to me and said it wasn't used, when i said whats the deal with all this, he said it's used... but only a few days a week maybe(which means....a return)... no way will the amount of scratches be that much in that time. The shop looked very messy , but i guess that's how they roll. I will get my z6 just not from this shop. They need to focus on customer service, I mean, i guess they do, they place is very busy , but I like a shop that takes time to do things. One and done is my motto."

"The store was an hour late opening up, the photos on there site are faults. The shop is very small and dirty, with a small selection of bikes and accessories. They didn’t have anything that I was looking for to upgrade my E-bike. Out of 1-10 I give this place a 3. Store is on a drug infested area, don’t leave your bike unattended."

"This is the place to go to get your bike/scooter fixed! I called the day before to ask about my electric scooter's back tire and the Spanish guy told me to bring it in the next day and so I did. Once I got there, I was greeted nicely by him and explained my problem to him and he knew what to do right away. He put his gloves on, took some tools from the table and started working right away. He didn't even take more than 3-4 minutes and he was already done which surprised me because I thought he was going to take a while or even tell me to come the next day and when I asked him how much was it, he said $5! I said are you sure? he said yes and I said no brother I'm going to give you $10 cause you deserve it. Gave him the $10 and asked him if I ever have any problems with the scooter again if I can take it to him and he said yes to bring it in anytime. Glad I found this place 5 stars!!!"

"I went in to get my ebike fixed. That guy was so fast and nice. I will be going to them all the time."
