"Was in NYC for a few days, and my husband and I wanted to visit this gym. When my husband asked the front desk agent (blonde hair blue eyes) if they had a day pass, she stated, “it’s $75 dollars a day…and it’s MEMBERS ONLY.” This statement was not well received. Obviously you have to be a member of any gym to use the facilities. And BTW, they do not offer any military veterans discounts. We just left."
"Overcrowded small gym. Good luck finding a machine, especially when all the trainers and their own employees are busy socializing while occupying a machine. Update: no one responded from the concierge email. 8 months later and I can again confirm the the employees and their trainers continue to use all the main machines during peak hours. Can’t wait til Lifetime opens their location nearby."

"Never crowded, always clean, machines always work, people are not loud and don’t hog machines, staff is polite and professional. Overall pleasant gym experience even when I come in during peak hours. Took off one star because the hours are not great. They close way too early (8pm on weekdays and 5/6pm on weekends)."
