"It took me a long time to come here and leave a review but today I had time… When my two daughters 4 & 5 took the introductory class it was great. The instructors were adults, were plenty of them and they had a lot of patience and experience to deal with KIDS. After I signed up my daughters with my hard earned money (almost $700 or $800 can’t remember). It was a nothing but a bunch of entitled teenage girls who constantly complained about my younger daughter flipping on the money bar. Like, you do understand that’s what we’re paying for right? Then asked to speak to a manager for a partial refund and was rudely denied simply because no. It is very unfair that you captivate parents and make kids live your classes only to secure payment and then get rid of them. I WAS NOT THE ONLY PARENT COMPLAINING ABOUT LITTLE MISS ATTITUDE! So much potential in this place but very bad management."

"Not sure where all the 5 stars are coming from but it is definitely not a 5 star place. My daughter love acrobat and gymnastics but this place made her not come back. How can instructers be encouraging if the ratio is 6-7 kids per instructer. They have them do obstacles with no supervision. My daughter never went back after first class and they still charged me full membership plan. Yes, they are nice but only to take your money and not care whether your child has a great experience to make them com back. Dont waste your time or money here. Theres better places."
