"I highly recommend CS Fit Pilates studios!!! In August 2023, I started taking sessions at the Wyckoff and Allendale locations and both studios are SPOTLESS, spacious and bright. Group classes are limited to 6 people, so instructors provide custom attention to your specific needs. I am currently taking private sessions twice a week with the owner/certified instructor, Cara. She is wonderful in every way – knowledgeable, passionate, upbeat and such a sweet person. Her classes are challenging and fun – and best of all, I see results! Free and easy parking at both locations. CS FIT PILATES are the best studios!!!"

The owner, Cara and her team are so motivating and give their clients personal attention due to keeping groups to 6 people maximum (which hasn't been the case at other studios).
