"Rumble is an amazing workout! I’ve been going for a little over a year. I’ve always liked a structured boxing class- and this one has stuck. The vibe of the room is intimate- it’s dark with great music- and the focus is just you and the bag. Part of the class is also weight training. I’ve never felt stronger. You can’t go wrong with any coach. I highly recommend checking it out!"
