"I’ve been going to this gym since the second week of its opening and love the atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The equipment is excellent, tailoring to each possible workout group. Additionally, I love the way the gym works with regard to membership, you pay for what you want only. It isn’t like many other luxury brands where you pay a ton for a million services in which I never use. At Drop fitness they literally allow you to pick and pay as you like. I would like to add an addendum to my previous review that unfortunately negatively impacted my initial positive experience. When purchasing the annual membership, it is nonrefundable. This, unfortunately was not clearly communicated upon my renewal this year. Due to extensive travel I have rarely utilized the gym. Upon requesting a refund I was told by their front desk staff that this was not possible."
"This gym is an experience. Definitely a luxury feel from the moment you walk. At first glance it may seem small, but once inside the gym is very spacious. They have several machines (not a lot) and they also have classes. A huge plus is that this facility has a daycare for any parents looking to workout, but have no time or place to live their kids.
