"Very Limited staff hours Many people tried to call but no one answered the phone, if you going to have no staff type of gym at least answer the phone. They want you to sign online without walking even walking in to see the place, who does that."
"Fantastic gym! I am pleasantly surprised that I was unaware of this hidden gem until now. I typically visit during late nights, so I cannot speak for the daytime atmosphere, but whenever I am there, it is impeccably clean and provides an excellent environment for working out. The gym offers numerous squat racks that also double as benches for bench press exercises. Despite reading a review claiming there is only one bench press, you can adjust the squat racks to facilitate bench pressing, whether flat or incline. I felt compelled to share this detail in case someone forms an opinion solely based on reviews. The gym provides dumbbells up to 100lbs, and I've heard the other location offers weights up to 110lbs. Perhaps investing in heavier dumbbells like 120lbs and 130lbs sets could be a suggestion, as everything else about this gym is top-notch. The music played during nighttime workouts features tracks from the mid-2000s (approximately 2008-2015), which I find refreshing. I appreciate the deviation from the typical music selections found in most gyms nowadays. Update after a few months: Place is still incredible, I appreciate everything about it. This is a great gym people don’t let the 1 year commitment scare you, signup it will be the best decision of your life if you are looking for a semi private / quite gym"
"Great gym! Has everything I need plus massage chairs! Owner and staff are very friendly. Very clean gym."
"Worst management of a gym ever … I would not recommend this to anyone. Better off at Platinum Health & Fitness next door. Much better managed gym."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I have belonged to this gym since Sept 2021 and it initially appeared to be a nicely maintained and well run facility. Over the course of the last year, it has truly started to go downhill and we reached the final straw last night during our visit and have reached out to FreeTime to seek cancellation of both our memberships. I was wearing HIGHWAISTED workout leggings and an athletic top which provided FULL coverage of anything inappropriate but left ONLY 3 inches of my midsection exposed. I was advised of a “new policy” which requires shirts in the gym. Apparently catering exclusively to old people who belong to the facility and were “uncomfortable” by people wearing appropriate and acceptable workout attire. I should be permitted to workout in a gym facility wearing anything which could be worn in public and not be deemed inappropriate. I will not continue to support a gym where old stiffs dictate what I am allowed to wear during my workout. In addition, the towel service has been discontinued, which is unfortunate because they have a sauna and a shower but they’re not offering towel service anymore so patrons have to pack their own towels if they plan to use those facilities. I realize this was a courtesy but it was a selling point of this facility. There are multiple pieces of equipment which are in need of repair and have been broken for some time, obviously no urgency to address this. I have stopped notifying them of concerns as they either go unaddressed or it takes them weeks or months to acknowledge anything. Interestingly enough, they take a long time to respond to genuine concerns but they jump at the opportunity to tell people what they are allowed to workout in. How about they spend their energy policing the MULTITUDE of patrons who refuse to clean their equipment when they’re done, or don’t put their weights away when done, or trash the locker rooms. Instead they treat patrons like they’re in catholic school and their skirt is too short, when addressing the above seems like a better use of time."
