"I was referred to the institute by my doctor. When I joined, the owner Rick requested a prepayment for 10 sessions which I provided. After my second session, I incurred injury doing the exercises given and had to start physical therapy which was prolonged. It took over one year to realize that I will not go to the institute again. I requested a refund on the paid 8 sessions that I never used but the owner refused because the practice does not refund money after one year. Of course, these terms were never explained to me prior to payment and I have never agreed to them."
