"I found Ray's Radical Rides through Google Maps, looking for a bike shop near me that was currently open, and it has been a great experience. Ray assured me he went over the bike from top to bottom, paying special attention to the problem area with the derailleur and brake cables. He discovered issues with the wheels or tires as well which we hadn't caught and fixed those for us as well. The bike was a cheap 20" kids size we assembled ourselves from Walmart so I was not looking to spend over $100 for a basic tune-up from the bigger shops in Buffalo. I really appreciated that Ray charged a very reasonable price for this service. He has demonstrated that he knows what he's doing with bicycles. I also felt that he took more time and care adjusting the bike than if I had went elsewhere. We ended up leaving the bike with Ray to fix it and picked it up about 2 hours later. He did a great job and made sure the bike was adjusted to fit my daughter who got to try it out before we left. He even installed a cool little bell he had on her bike, no charge. We will definitely go to him for other bike stuff (he apparently also makes/sells electric bikes)."
