"I was briefly passing through town, and wanted to get a quick workout in before I caught my bus. This place happened to be close to the bus station, so I asked if I could pay for a single session. The owner was incredibly nice and let me come in and do a workout for free. The gym itself is great. Nice, well-maintained equipment, and a good layout. And the aesthetic is like no other gym I've ever been to. Plus, a great smoothie bar."

"Absolute Wellness is conveniently located downtown at the Hotel Lafayette, on the Clinton St side. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Memberships to the gym are inexpensive and they allow you to pay monthly. Lazairick, the owner, was very helpful. I had a massage appointment here also, with I’esha, and she was excellent. I’esha even explained which muscles were causing problems for me, and suggested some stretches I can do to help with my issues. My back and neck have never felt better. Thank you!"
