"Great shop to bring your bike into, the guys are very knowledgeable, affordable, and helpful. Brought my bike here for the first time ever and they acquired a life long customer. Came for an oil change and everything was done perfectly, no complaints what so ever with the shop. Brought a 2023 Honda Rebel, and 2023 Honda Fury, they had everything for it in shop. Very humble people."

"So I’m not really sure what to say about these guys. I want to say good things because they seem like nice guys, but the customer service isn’t all there. I bought a new bike and brought it in for a list of things, tail light, mirrors, under rear fender replacement plastic, inspection, rear seat, and to have some wiring tightened up. I walked up initially and felt unwelcome because the owner his dad and their receptionist were standing around talking while I stood and waited because I didn’t want to be rude and cut someone off to ask for help but I waited for a good 3-5 minutes to be acknowledged. And initially I was told around 500$ to get it done, and 1-2 days to get parts, and 1-2 days to do the work. Dropped it off on a Monday, and called the following Monday to see how it was going. I was told they had the mirrors but the tail light would need 5 business days to get there and that it would be there Friday.. meaning it was ordered that same day. But, he did say once it was there he’d just bang it out quick so I’d have it by the weekend, so I waited until Saturday around noon to call to try to give em a little extra time (again) since I hadn’t heard anything, and was told yea sorry haven’t had a chance yet but we’ll have it done Monday. So I called monday again, was told yea prolly Tuesday, I’ll call you when it’s done. Which finally Tuesday I got a call saying the mirror and tail light was done and if I wanted other stuff done I could leave it for a while but they were closing for a week. At this point it had already been 2 weeks when I was told 4 days, which in and of itself isn’t a huge issue, except that I had to be the one to uncomfortably call and pester them about it to get any sort of updates. And I’m aware that auto quotes are hard to estimate before you get into the project, but only 2 items off my list were finished for the same initial price window. So while I feel like a d**k for posting a negative review, the fact of the matter is I’ve waited over 3 times as long as I was initially told, was never at any point updated to say “hey man sorry but we’re running a bit behind” unless I called persistently, and only a fraction of the work I needed done was accomplished. And having a 180$ in parts and getting a 450$ bill isn’t great but I can’t be mad at the labor rates. So while these guys do know their stuff and are seemingly nice guys, I just wouldn’t go here unless it’s during the winter and you have a month or more to spare."

"Derek is the real deal. Knows motorcycles in and out. He did a simple winterize for me..I just didn’t have the time this year. When I picked it up he only had to do a few things and wow it runs better than the day I bought it. I couldn’t be happier with his service, he got me right in, it was done on time, and he did a truly great job. Definitely will recommend him and will absolutely be back to him. Thanks a lot!"
