"this place is such a good vibe for hanging out. we came as a group of 7 on a tuesday night and the wait for a lane ended up being an hour and 20 minutes, bu there was plenty of seating while we waited. there was plenty of seating but it also didn’t feel super empty if that makes sense. could see this as a good date spot or friends / family / company hangout on a tuesday it was $35 for half an hour of bowling and $5 for the sho rental"

"I was at the gutter on Saturday night and the server chelsea was absolutely killing it. For being the only server on staff on a weekend, she made sure all of us felt extremely taken care in what could have otherwise been a super chaotic experience. I was slightly worried when I saw how many people were at the bar, but she was very attentive and personable and all of my worries were quickly dissipated. Literally even asked her what nights she worked to make sure we weren't left in the dark the next time. Great job chelsea!!!!"

"Decent bowling lane. Not as new and shiny as some of the others in the city, but it’s what you expect. Had to wait 30mins for a lane to play on, which wasn’t bad considering they don’t have a ton of lanes. We sat in the restaurant area and had a drink while we waited. Not a ton of options, fairly basic bar food. The rental shoes were clean and in good shape, but I wish I had known that they let you wear your own sneakers on the lanes. Next time I’ll wear sneakers so I don’t have to rent."

"Went here for a friend's birthday and honestly I'm so dissapointed I didnt hear about this place sooner. Bowling in NYC that is affordable has amazing music and really chill. It's the perfect place to chill out with friends while doing an activity. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. I didnt have the food but I wouldnt go here for anything other than light bites. The drinks were reasonably priced. We did have a few malfunctions on our lane but because it was such a vibe it didnt affect us too much. It did make for some laugh. The staff resolved the issue in under 5 min. Its a 10 out of 10 for me. We had a blast."

We ordered several pizzas, chicken wings, and chicken tenders which were all top-notch in taste and quality. The atmosphere of The Gutter is lively and interesting, with a great vibe that adds to the excitement of the games. The bartenders were attentive and provided fast service, making sure our drinks were always full and that we were well taken care of. Overall, The Gutter is a fantastic bowling place that has everything you could want for a fun night out with friends or colleagues. The food, drinks, and service are all exceptional, and the atmosphere is second to none. I highly recommend giving The Gutter a try for your next night out, you won't be disappointed!"
