"Not really mixed well. Very fast almost too fast. Fruit wasn’t blended, had huge chunks. Fruit were sour like unripe or GMO fruit. Very dirty inside like they don’t mop, sweep, or clean the tables. Never again here."

"This is my 1st poor experience at this location. The young man took my order per usual and then I waited at the other side of the counter for pickup. I noticed that everyone that was after me on the line got their order and left so I went back to the register to inquire about my order. The guy spoke to the workers and then they started to make my order. I explained to him that my time as well as his is valuable and that I should receive either a discount or a coupon. He said hold on 1 minute and proceeded to assist other customers. He continued to delay me with the same "hold on" 2x times before I told him that I needed to speak to the manager. He replied that the manager was not there. I asked for the name and he pretended as if he didn't hear me. I then asked for a duplicate copy of the receipt as I opted out of one originally. Unacceptable and no accountability for people's time."

"Since Penn Station started its reconstruction/face-lift, Playa Bowls is the first food spot to open up. Prices are OK, ingredients tasted fresh and very tasty. There are a lot of options here on the menu, I was happy to try something new and experiment a little outside the box. Was not disappointed with my Booster smoothie. Nice spot to sit in too!"
