Wendy, Amanda, and Keila, along with the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with from start to finish - extremely accommodating and communicative through the entire process. The sushi add on was a MUST - definitely recommend doing it for your event!! Everything was seamless and we did not need to worry about anything. I loved learning how to play the games as well, all of the dealers were very helpful in teaching and also making it a blast for all involved. "NOTE: photos online do not do this place justice. The vibe is perfect. I do a lot of events for my company, and this was possibly the most fun thing we've ever done. The staff is really the gamechanger for this place. The dealers are so charismatic - they tease you just the right amount before peeling back the curtain and teaching you how to gamble to win. The bartenders had me laughing hysterically. The venue has such great connections all around the city, so if you want specific food, they can easily find you the best caterer. We got the crepe station for our party and I'm dying for another one right now. Wendy and Indira handled everything perfectly and were an absolute joy to work with - I truly had fun planning this! "THE BEST HOLIDAY PARTY THIS COMPANY EVER HAD, not my words, but what I heard over and over again after our Holiday party this year at Big Deal Casino. Where do I begin? I was looking for a fun idea for a holiday party instead of our usual nice sit down dinner (which can be dull and sometimes even awkward). After a long search I found Big Deal Casino. Wendy and Indira were super helpful and really took care of EVERYTHING. The food was great and as requested was circulated all night. There were two bartenders (we had 60 guests) which was perfect especially since I requested to have some wine glasses and some Manhattans ready to go as people started arriving. The music, atmosphere, food and drinks were all great, but what really made our event shine is the amazing team they have. The dealers were patient with those who did not know how to play, handed out “cheat sheets”, and allowed everyone to be a winner. Wendy was present through the whole event and even took photos that she happily shared with me. Only one major problem with the event, I booked three hours, I should have made it four!!!"
